I was feeling VERY uneasy at first, but
now I'm actually excited to see my permanent site and to have to find my way
back to the training site. It's a new
adventure that I'm sure will leave me with a plethora of great stories to blog
about! I'm thinking of it more as a scavenger hunt now lol I'm
"hunting" for the right bus, taxi, and/or path home and in the end,
I'm sure it won't be so bad. PC has been
doing this for years so I'm sure they won't put any task on us that they didn't
think we could accomplish. This is going
to be my last post until some time next week so sit tight for the updates from
my site visit. I'll do my best to post
the experience ASAP. Also, I will be
adding to the care packages tab after the site visit. I am starting to run low on some things and I
am in serious need of anything edible that has an excess of sugar. I love and miss you all sooo very much!!!!
Until next time,
Love and Peace Corps,
Dametreea
PS.
I noticed that the follow button I had at first didn't send out email
updates. I added a follow by email
button so if you would like an email sent to your address whenever I add a new
post, feel free to add yourself. Thanks
for reading along and staying with me through this time. I must say, I do have the greatest support
system in the world! Hugs and kisses
from my continent to yours!!
Is there any way you can post pictures? It would be nice to see some of these places you're talking about so we can visually follow you
ReplyDeleteI've been trying to post photos, but because the internet connection here is so slow, I always run out of money on my internet card before it finishes lol I'll be posting some soon though, I promise...once I figure out how, that is
